In this newly constructed 2 bedroom 2 bathroom South Boston condo with a Prudential view, owner and interior decorator Evan (Hanwen) Bai created a Zen, urban sanctuary - a modern, Asian inspired home as a nod to his Chinese upbringing - for him, his husband, and their dog Wilson. He selected furniture, lighting, window treatments, rugs, and decor for the entire home with low profiles, clean lines, walnut wood tones, and navy blue accents. He installed floating walnut shelving in the living room to feature a family collection of American blown glass from the 1970s. A custom, live-edge walnut table extends the kitchen island, creating a calming dining space against the backdrop of the Back Bay skyline.
